New to the app? Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your Coaver Club membership online.
Step-by-Step Guide
Sign In or Create an Account
Use the Sign In button in the top right corner. First time here? You'll be guided through creating your account, it only takes a minute.
Set Up Your Community Profile
Head to your Profile page (top-right avatar) to add a username, profile photo, and bio. Your username is what others see on the Community Board — make it something recognisable!
Set Up Your Digital Membership Card
Upload a profile photo on your Profile page — this is required for your digital card. Once your membership number is verified by an admin, tap the 'Card' button in the bottom navigation bar to display your QR membership pass.
Join the Community
Visit the Community page and tap 'Join the Community' to register. Once approved by an admin, you can post, like, and comment with other members.
Browse What's On
Check out upcoming events — live music, quiz nights, food vans, sports screenings and more. Every event has an 'Add to Calendar' button so you never miss one.
Book the Gym
Request gym access from the Gym Booking page. Once approved by an admin, you can book time slots online whenever you like.
Hire a Room or Host an Event
Need a space for a meeting, private party, or event? Submit a booking request and the team will get back to you.
Find an Activity Buddy
Looking for someone to play pool, darts, or table tennis with? Use the Activity Buddies feature to find other members who are up for a game.

App Features at a Glance
Digital Membership Card
Your QR membership pass lives in the app. Upload a photo to your Profile, get verified by an admin, then tap 'Card' in the bottom bar to show or scan it at the club.
Community Username
Set a username from your Profile page — this is how you appear to other members on the Community Board.
Like & Comment
Approved community members can like and comment on posts to join the conversation.
Community Posts
Share news, lost & found, items for sale, or just start a discussion with fellow members.
Activity Buddies
Post that you're looking for a partner for pool, darts, table tennis, or a drink — and connect with other members.
Add to Calendar
Every event has an 'Add to Calendar' button so you can save it directly to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
Membership Application
Not yet a member? Visit the Join Today page to apply for DCC Employee, Associate, or Retired membership.
